Christmas Cards 2014

It is that time again.  Christmas is fast approaching and I am starting to create Christmas cards.  Here are a few... Unfortunately the pictures don't show up the embellishments well.

This first one, the image is embossed with gold embossing powder.

The next two the mustache's are raised.  The sentiment reads "nutty or nice?'

Here, Santa also has a raised mustache and there is glitter on his beard and hat.  The sentiment reads "stache-ing through the snow..."

Variety of cards

Here are a variety of cards I have been working on.

This first two turned out a little bury,  this sentiment says "With heartfelt Sympathy"

This sentiment says "H is for Happy hope that's what your birthday is"

This is a bi-fold card with banners, the inside is shown in the 2nd picture. 

It may only be August but I am thinking of Christmas already.  Here is the start of the Christmas and Holiday cards I will be making this year.

In this first one its hard to see but the three main trees have glitter.

Halloween Pop-Up cards

I had a request to make Halloween themed pop-up cards.  Ten in total.  Here they are.  The outside of the boxes are shown here. 

Here are the finished products closer.  I made 2 of each style.  Its hard to tell by the bats are flying here and on most of the boxes.

Here the Brains are flowing.

Hexagon flower card

This card is very detailed, using the hexagon framlit from Stampin' Up!.  It is a little time consuming removing the paper from the framlit but is well worth the effect.

Unfortunately the photo is sideways... but the effect is the same.

The sentiment states "You're so thoughtful".

Fancy Purses

Here are a few purse that I have created recently.  The size is 7" x 4 1/2" x 2".  This purse is very sturdy and as you can see by the second picture can even hold a cell phone with no problem.

Graduation

Here is a fancy graduation card made for my friend graduating form West Chester University in Penna.

This is the male version of the card for a friend whose grandson is in Cary Academy.

Baby cards

Here are a few cards I have been working on for a friend having a baby.  I hand cut the blanket to size then embossed and added fringe.

This one is a pop-up version... I used all sorts of baby stamps and fussy cut them out.

Easter Bunny Card

Below is an Easter Bunny Card that I cased it from Dale Cole's version.  Hope it inspires you.  I made the Bunny using all punches.

Peppe Pig and George

Hi Friends,

Today I want to share with you an invitation I am working on for a friend of mine.  The theme is from the cartoon Peppe Pig. Shown here are the children from the cartoon; Peppe and George.

I like the look of the 3-d grass.   Below is another version just with Peppe.

I have made here a Birthday Balloon and Present pop up box card.  I had a lot of fun doing this one.  Can't wait to get some other ideas and post them.

Here are a few pop up box cards that fit in a standard envelope.  We made these at my recent card club.  We has so much fun we may change the theme and make them again next month.
